Our Concierge Scale Plan is the only plan with a 3 month minimum commitment due to staffing requirements to service this whitelabel plan level.
For the rest of our plans, No, there is no minimum commitment or lock in contract.
However that said our Concierge Service is not designed for people looking for one-time project setup and then cancelling. So if you don't see an ongoing need of at the very least 5 months we recommend you don't sign up and either find an alternative provider or consider one of our Kickstart Project products instead.
