Getting Started with Concierge AI

Watch the video: How to Set Up Your Brand in Concierge AI

What is Concierge AI?

If you’ve ever used ChatGPT, think of Concierge as your own customized version — but built directly inside the Automation Agency platform and connected to your account, your brands, and your ongoing projects.

Concierge doesn’t just answer questions — it can take action. It helps you create and delegate tasksdraft content, and even plan strategies — all while using your brand’s unique context.

Meet Your AI Team

Inside Concierge, you’ll meet your dedicated AI team — each one focused on a specific part of your workflow:

  • Alex — Your Delegation Assistant
Alex helps you describe what you need clearly and sends your tasks straight to the right human team. You can even start by recording a Loom or short voice note — Alex will do the rest.

  • Sam — Your Strategist
Sam reviews your websites, funnels, or social channels and provides actionable insights to improve conversions and marketing performance.

  • Clara — Your Copywriter
Clara writes and refines your content — from email copy to social media posts — while keeping your tone and voice consistent with your brand.

Together, they make sure that every task you delegate flows seamlessly from idea → strategy → implementation.

Setting Up Your Brand

Setting up your brand is one of the most important things you can do to get the most out of Concierge AI and here’s how: add link of “How to set up your brand”

Step 1: Delegating a Task Using Concierge

One of the first and most useful things Concierge can do is help you delegate tasks — even if you’re not sure how to word them.

For example, you can simply type or say:

“Hey, I’m having a problem on my website — when a user fills out our contact form, it redirects to the wrong page. I want it to go to a thank-you page instead, and trigger an automation that sends an email. Can you get the team onto fixing that?”

Concierge will then:

  1. Transcribe and format what you’ve said into a properly written task.

  2. Ask clarifying questions (e.g., “Which website is this for?”).

  3. Draft a full task description — including any relevant details.

  4. Offer to send it for you (including marking it as a Priority Task if applicable).

You can review the task it’s written and simply say:

“Send it.”

Concierge will submit it to the team, just like you would through the regular process — saving you the manual typing and formatting.

Tip: Use Loom Links for Visual Tasks

You can record a quick Loom video describing the issue and paste the Loom link into Concierge.

For example:

“Hey Concierge, I’ve recorded a video showing a website issue. Can you use this and create a task for the team?”

Concierge will:

  • Watch and understand the Loom video (about 80% accuracy so far)

  • Write the full task description

  • Attach the Loom link for reference

This helps the team get the full context faster without needing to replay your video repeatedly.

Step 2: Using Concierge for Strategic and Copywriting Tasks

Concierge can also analyze and optimize your content — for example, your LinkedIn profile.

You can ask:

“Optimize my LinkedIn profile to better reflect what you know about my business. My goal is to get more leads and inquiries.”

It will:

  1. Review your LinkedIn profile link.

  2. Use your saved brand details (Ideal Client Profile, mission, etc.) to guide its suggestions.

  3. Generate detailed recommendations — e.g., rewriting your “About” section, improving clarity, emphasizing your transformation or results.

If something seems off or if it forgets details, you can remind it:

“You have my ICP on file in our brand settings.”

It will then re-check and update accordingly.

Step 3: Setting Up and Using Brand Voices

Your brand voices help Concierge produce content that sounds like you.

To set one up: add the portal link of the “How to set up your brand”
And to use brand voices”

Step 4: Refining and Sending Your Content

Once Concierge has created the post (and image, if requested), you can:

  • Review both versions of your content

  • Copy them to your clipboard for posting

  • Or send them to the Design Team for final visual adjustments

You can continue the same conversation to request edits:

“Can you make the LinkedIn version sound more results-focused?”
“Can you add emojis to the Facebook version?”

Concierge remembers context and tone within your ongoing session (although see below for current limitations).

⚠️ Known Limitations (for now)

Concierge AI is still in beta, which means a few things are being improved:

  • Long conversations: It may sometimes forget earlier context if the thread runs long.

  • Image generation: Works ~80% of the time, but being refined to 100%.

  • Profile lookups: Sometimes mismatches names or pulls unrelated results; you can fix this by pasting the correct URL.

  • Display polish: Some settings pages (like the brand editor) may look dense, but are being visually improved soon.

Despite these, Concierge is already a huge time-saver and continually learning from your usage.

✅ Key Takeaways

  • Concierge is your AI-powered teammate — capable of writing, delegating, and strategizing.

  • You can delegate tasks by voice or video (Loom) — it writes and sends them for you.

  • You can analyze or optimize existing content like LinkedIn profiles.

  • You can create branded content using multiple voices for different platforms.

  • The system is actively improving — expect faster performance and smoother memory soon.
