Setting up your Web Portal Login

Welcome to Automation Agency! We are very glad to have you :) 

Our web portal is where you can manage all the details regarding your account. You can use it to submit tasks, manage your active and queued tasks, provide feedback and mark tasks complete, update your settings, and more.

To activate or create your login:

1. click this link- https://portal.automationagency.com/#/forgot-password and enter your email. 

2. From there, you can click on reset password


and it will send a link to your inbox to activate your account. If you do this and don't see the email, be sure to check your Spam or Updates folder. 

The reset link has a 1 hour validity period so we recommend that you do this when you have time to set it up. We all get distracted now and then, so if it does expire, you can just click the link again and resend an invite!

If you're wondering how to request a new task from the web portal, Here's How you can request a new task from the portal.

To access the portal at anytime, go to: https://portal.automationagency.com

If you have anyone else on your team who will be submitting tasks on your behalf, you can invite them to create an account right from your settings page.

Note: Only the account owner can invite new requestors
